Episode #124 of The Fully Engaged Life. Robert starts off the year with further clarification of what it is to live a Fully Engaged Life by expressing what it is not. It's easy for the egoic mind to confuse living fully with hedonism, but they couldn't be more different. In order to help you live a fully engaged life, this episode clearly explains what it is to live a fully engaged life while further explaining the completely different view of hedonism. Hedonism is ego-based, self-centered, and reckless. Living a Fully Engaged Life on the other hand, takes place from essence and is centered around spiritual expansion, not instant gratification.
