Mindfulness in our meals is essential to proper nutrition and health, but it also serves to allow you to experience the ordinary as extraordinary. In addition, he shares the importance of Mindfulness in our workouts so we get the most from our efforts. The act of eating and exercising are physical actions, yet when combined with Mindfulness, they become the awakened act of body-mind. This is the state where the mind has unified with the body and you're no longer stuck in your head. When Mindfulness is applied to mundane activities, it allows you to be in the moment and begin the transformation from ordinary to extraordinary!
