Episode #63 of The Fully Engaged Life. This is one the most taboo topics of all. Robert offers clarity regarding death and that we don't die in the sense that is commonly believed. All fears can be traced back to the fear of death and it's through the death of the ego that we can let go of the fear of dying. Only when we no longer fear death can we truly live! This topic is addressed in a surprisingly upbeat and positive manner that truly sheds light on this subject. Upon entering the physical world, human beings are meant to experience two deaths. The first death takes place while we're still alive through the death of the ego. The second death is that of your physical body and mind as we return to the source from which we came to experience the ultimate state of oneness. Death actually serves as a reminder for us to live fully and appreciate each day. Accepting this through mindfulness practices, instead of resisting it through fear, can allow you to live a fully engaged life!
