Episode #91 of The Fully Engaged Life. Robert has mentioned this esoteric statement in the past, but here he delves deeply into its meaning and reveals how it's actually a mental/spiritual practice. More about the ego is revealed here along with the importance of overcoming it. In many misguided modern forms of so-called spiritual practice, the idea of holding onto the ego is being promoted. This episode explains very clearly the error of this thinking, which is obviously inspired by the ego of those promoting it.
